Monday

5:15am and 6am

Small group PT

Location: Tannum Sands.

High Intensity Interval Training using a variety of strength and conditioning equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbells, suspension trainers, spin bikes, speed ropes, med balls and more. These sessions really are great value for money as numbers are limited to 6 people. You will receive second-to-none attention to detail and be able to progress to more advanced versions of movements due to the smaller group size.

Mums and bubs PT

Location: Tannum Sands.

Perfect for mums who want a high quality workout while a watchful eye is kept on their littlies. Bubs are generally present but not involved in the workout. This session currently has about 5-7 participants and is run either outdoors or in the Perfect Fit gym. The session allows for some flexibility and is confirmed the day prior at a time and place to suit majority of participants. Phone Bec for more information on 0424 080 321.

Location: Gladstone, at the Marina Parklands or Clinton Park Sports Fields.

A great mix of everything but nothing too heavy. Sprints, boxing, body weight, kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, battle ropes and more. Work against the clock, work against yourself or partner up for pair or team workouts.

In the outdoors or in the Perfect Fit gym. High Intensity Interval Training using a variety of strength and conditioning equipment. Another small class so participants receive great attention to detail. This is not like large bootcamp-style training sessions and you won’t get lost in the crowd.

Wednesday

Outdoor cross-training

Location: Tannum Sands Surf Life Saving Club.

A great mix of everything but nothing too heavy. Stairs, sprints, boxing, body weight, kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, battle ropes. Work against the clock, work against yourself or partner up for pairs and team workouts. Sometimes this may even be a roving session.

Thump boxing for fitness

Location: Tannum Sands.

Thump boxing sessions are a boxing-based fitness session that also includes some body weight exercises and high intensity cardio. Usually a creative mix of power and speed combos to keep your mind and your body working hard. Bec is a qualified Thump Boxing Level 1 and Advanced trainer. Price $15.

Usually a larger group, a different dynamic with lots of energy. Sometimes involves beach work and ocean swimming but you will always be advised.

Swim cross

Location:  John Dahl Pool, Gladstone Experience the challenge of transitioning from swimming to land-based exercises. You do not need to be a strong swimmer. As long as you can swim from one end of a 25m pool to the other, this session is for you!
